Custom bouquet preservation and larger orders may require up to 6–8 weeks, depending on design complexity and volume.

Local Drop off/Pickup

Local drop off/ pickup may be available in Aurora, Ontario. Customers will be contacted when their order is ready.

Delays & Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Floral & Wick Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect address may require additional shipping fees.
